Cabo San Lucas - 2/23/2022
Today was a quiet day for us. We decided to hang out by the pool for the day and then go to Mi Casa for dinner. The weather was a bit tricky. When the sun was out it was warm and felt great. When the sun was covered by the clouds, it was a bit chilly as it was pretty breezy. The pool water at the pool for the condo units has been pretty cold. We brave it and get in to get some exercise. Not sure if we're dedicated or crazy. We had dinner at Mi Casa, which was probably the best meal we've had this week. We started out with Queso fundido that had pico de gallo melted in it. It was served with what I can best describe as oversized tortilla chips and soft tortillas. We also had fresh guacamole. For dinner, Debbie had shrimp tacos and I had beef fillet that was sort of like a stew that had been cooking all day. Both were fantastic!
